HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Human resourch management Oman
A large organization in oil and gas in Oman has enlisted our help to reform theor organization regarding the structure of functions and positions. We have designed a new HR strategy and implemented a new system of job descriptions and -valuations and -evaluations.

We also build the structure for salary benchmarking, by measuring the gravity of functions in relation to salary data in the market. Result of this project was both a sharper remuneration system, and a closer and more effective HR structure.
ZERO BASED BUDGETING

Zero based Budgeting

In the Middle East we have implemented Zero-based budgeting in an influential organization in oil and gas through training, workshops, project management and consultancy. After development of the project management this (for the organization) new system is used for budgeting according to an activity-based principle. As a direct result, the organization is able to identify promising and loss-making activities. This is one of the reasons that budgets could be effectively formed and the business strategy can be made more effective.
